Audiences have always been at the heart of the Bard in the Botanics. The loyalty and support of the public have played a big part in helping us reach our 10^th Anniversary Season in 2011. And to say thank you, we would like you to choose one of the titles we will produce as part of that season.

28 of Shakespeare’s plays are available for your votes (more on that later). Whichever title receives the most votes by Friday 26^th November will receive a full production as part of the 2011 Bard in the Botanics 10^th Anniversary Season.

You may notice that some of your favourite titles are missing from the list. This is because we have chosen not to include plays which we have produced in the past 2 years – so that means you can’t vote for King Lear, Twelfth Night, Macbeth, Richard III or The Taming of the Shrew.

And finally, we have a major project planned with Romeo and Juliet for 2011 / 2012 which means we can’t include it in the public vote but keep an eye out for more details on that!
